The <br /> report specifically states that the City should not transport its <br /> yard waste to Fiber Farms unless Fiber Farms can either develop a <br /> drop off site closer to the City or alternatively, if the City <br /> would be paid over t10/ton for its materials. <br /> If however, the County can take the lead in providing the yard <br /> waste to Fiber Farms, the City could then consider depositing its <br /> materials at the County's collection sites for later transfer to <br /> Fiber Farms. - <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> • <br /> Je .me D.
