An analysis of the leachate should be taken <br /> to determine chemical and nutrient content so suitability for <br /> land application, land application rates, and required soil <br /> conditions can be determined. <br /> In addition, the O&M plan should include the frequency of <br /> emptying required. This plan should contain provisions for <br /> the pond during normal precipitation, 25yr.-24hr. runoff storm <br /> event, and normal waste water and runoff. <br /> Due to our current workload and unfamiliarity with this type <br /> of operation, we will not be able to furnish technical <br /> assistance. If additional assistance is desirable, the <br /> applicant may request help from a consulting engineer or <br /> possibly from the DNR Industrial Waste Water Section. <br /> K.
