ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4533 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4533: <br /> A. Part of the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 8 North, Range 12 East <br /> (Township of Medina) , described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of Section 27, said point being centerline of State Trunk Highway No. <br /> 73; thence South 4°18' West, 1,334.50 feet; thence East 590.50 feet along the <br /> North line of SW1/4 NW1/4 to point of beginning; thence continue East 310.50 <br /> feet along said North line; thence South 0°23' West, 398.00 feet; thence North <br /> 84°20' West, 312.00 feet; thence North 0°23' East, 367.20 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> ALSO <br /> B. Part of the SW 1/4 NW1/4 of Section 27, Township 8 North, Range 12 East <br /> (Township of Medina) , described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of Section 27, said point being the centerline of State Trunk Highway <br /> No. 73; thence South 4°18' West, 1334.50 feet; thence East 901.00 feet along <br /> the North line of SW1/4 NW1/4 to point of beginning; thence continue East 415 <br /> feet along said North line; thence South 5°2' West, 437.20 feet; thence North <br /> 84°20' West, 381.00 feet; thence North 0°23' East, 398.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
