Agriculture District to the <br /> • <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4533: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 27, said point centerline of STH <br /> 73; thence S 04° 18' West, 1,334.50 feet; thence East 901.00 feet along the <br /> North line of SW 1/4 NW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue East <br /> 415 feet along said North line; thence S 05° 02' West, 437.20 feet; thence N <br /> 84° 20' West, 381.00 feet; thence N 00° 23' East, 398.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
