You don't have a copy of <br /> this, but Darrell Langer does. <br /> As I explained to you over the phone, there are not any deed <br /> restrictions that are recorded concerning the 120 feet from the <br /> cemetery, nor the 300 feet from Waterloo Road. These are motions that <br /> passed in the Town of Medina and are on their records. The motion <br /> passed in 1984. <br /> Darrell had asked that Karem, Inc. talk to Mr. James and another <br /> neighbor and see if they would agree to Karem, Inc. putting two homes <br /> on Waterloo Road. The town also indicated that they were not too upset <br /> about a home being closer than 120 feet to the cemetery.
