The Town of Sun <br /> Prairie plan for this area has no specific policy on such splits; <br /> however, the County Farmland Preservation Plan has an overall density of <br /> one lot per 35 acres. Thus, once you have created a non-farm parcel, <br /> successive divisions to smaller and smaller parcels would be inconsistent <br /> with plan policies.
