No. <br /> ANALYSIS; <br /> CONCERNS EXPRESSED AT/AFTER PUBLIC HEARINGz <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 4564. This site was recently zoned RH3 as a rural homesite. <br /> Now the proposal is to divide this parcel into two lots. The Town of Sun <br /> Prairie plan for this area has no specific policy on such splits; <br /> however, the County Farmland Preservation Plan has an overall density of <br /> one lot per 35 acres. Thus, once you have created a non-farm parcel, <br /> successive divisions to smaller and smaller parcels would be inconsistent <br /> with plan policies. There should be a specific amendment to such <br /> policies prior to approval of rezoning for such splits. <br /> E.H.D. — Petition #4564 No objection to this petition . <br /> Co. Hwy. — <br />
