Bisgard and Members of the Committee: <br /> On August 8 , 1989, I appeared with Mr. S . A. Jana in <br /> regard to the petition to rezone a small parcel adjacent to <br /> the Tobacco City Airport operated by Mr. Jana. At that time, <br /> we informed you and the Committee that the Mayor of Edgerton <br /> is strongly in favor of the change, and also the Bureau of <br /> Aeronautics of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. <br /> I have enclosed a letter from Mr. Kunkel dated August 21, <br /> 1989 , urging support of the zoning change. I have also en- <br /> closed a handwritten letter from the Mayor of Edgerton dated <br /> August 16 , 1989 , strongly in favor of the zoning change. <br /> I bring these communications to your attention and to <br /> the Members of the Board because this support comes from persons <br /> who are interested and have concern for the economic integrity <br /> of the area.
