Yes. <br /> ANALYSIS: <br /> CONCERNS EXPRESSED AT/AFTER PUBLIC HEARING; <br /> STAFF COMMENTS; <br /> R.P.C. — Petition 4574. This proposed hangar site is within the Albion <br /> Development District which allows for low-density residential and <br /> commercial uses. This is associated with a small airport with a north- <br /> south runway several hundred feet to the east. <br /> Since there are houses along Bliven Road and more vacant lots immediately <br /> adjacent to the proposed site, there is a question of whether this use <br /> should be located at the end of a residential street. If this petition <br /> is approved, it should be specifically limited to hangar and aircraft <br /> repair since many other uses permitted in the C-2 district would be <br /> incompatible at this location. <br /> E.H.D. - Petition #4574 No objection to this petition. <br /> Co.
