A legal description of the land that is proposed to be rezoned is <br /> enclosed. <br /> 2. Tax parcel number of the lot or parcel to be rezoned is 14-01-26.2. <br /> 3. The filing fee was waived by Mr. Fleck, Zoning Administrator, Dane <br /> County. <br /> 4. (a) Due to an oversight by the agencies that approved the original <br /> rezoning of this property to RA-1 in April 1q89 we are forced to <br /> submit a second petition for rezoning to RN-1 to enable us to <br /> build a single family home. This oversight has deprived us of <br /> the opportunity to move ahead on schedule and our losses are <br /> mounting. We request that the agencies involved make every <br /> effort to expeditiously resolve the problem they created. 3.853 <br /> acres are to be rezoned to RH-t. The balance of 36.547 exceeds <br /> the minimum standard for A-1 Agriculture Exclusive and does not <br /> need to be rezoned. <br /> (b) Building is tentatively scheduled for 1989. <br /> (c) Land uses within 300 feet of the property proposed to be rezoned: <br /> North - Vacant farm land <br /> South - Vacant farm land <br /> East - Residential and auxiliary buildings <br /> West - Residential and auxiliary buildings <br /> (d) 3.853 acres, See attached description. <br /> If you have any questions please call me at 873-0573 (home) or 244-4449 (work) . <br /> 1200W-2 <br />
