ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4576 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the A-2(1) <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4576: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence East 220 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence North 160 feet, thence East 210 feet, thence <br /> South 210 feet; thence West 210 feet; thence North 50 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use shall be restricted to the retail and wholesale sale of archery <br /> equipment and supplies. <br /> EFFECTIVE: FE 2 2 1990 <br />
