Town of Blue Mounds , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-i Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> C-1 Commercial District. <br /> Pet. #4548: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North 1740 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue North 136 feet; thence East 290 feet; <br /> thence South 153 feet; thence N 86° West 291 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
