ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4548 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> C-1 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4548: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North 1740 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue North 136 feet; thence East 290 feet; <br /> thence South 153 feet; thence N 86° West 291 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes.the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
