ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4550 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> OREGON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the R-3 <br /> Residence District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4550: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Oregon described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 24; thence S 002 17' 29" <br /> East along the East line of said NE 1/4, 1516.07 feet to the West quarter <br /> corner of Section 18, and the centerline of CTH A; thence S 86° 08' 12" West <br /> along said centerline, 599.86 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> S 86° 08' 12" West along said centerline, 165.00 feet to the Southeast corner <br /> of Dane County CSM #803; thecne N 03° 49' 36" West along the East line of said <br /> CSM, 148.50 feet; thence N 86° 08' 12" East, 165.00 feet; thence S 03° 49' 36" <br /> East, 148.50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
