Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes • District. Pet. #4553: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 32 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 33, thence S 00° 9' 29" West 674.47 feet along the West line of Section 33 to the point of beginning; thence S 63° 21' 05" East 181.57 feet; thence along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Keller Road on a curve to the left, the radius is 303 feet, the long chord is S 50° 54' 26" West, 271.17 feet, thence continue along said road right-of-way line S 24° 19' 32" West 100.00 feet; thence departing from said right-of-way N 50° West 650 feet, thence N 41° 08' 49" East 200 feet; thence S 63° 21' 05" East 495.43 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
