The <br /> property is located at 8181 Coyle Road in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains , more fully described as follows: <br /> Pet. #4578/765: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner; thence S 00° 30' 09" West <br /> 188.60 feet along the West line of Section 25 to the centerline of Coyle Road, <br /> thence continue S 00° 30' 09" West 200 feet; thence S 88° 55' 24" East 560.48 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 30' 09" 388.60 feet; thence N 88° 55' 24" 560.48 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
