ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4588 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4588: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 6; thence S 00° 58' 00" <br /> East along the North-South quarter line, 595.00 feet; thence N 89° 02' 00" <br /> East, 33.12 feet to the West line of Timber Lane; thence S 00° 58' 00" East <br /> along the West line of Timber Lane, 66.00 feet; thence S 89° 02' 00' West, <br /> 99.12 feet; thence N 00° 58' 00" West, 462. 51 feet; thence N 89° 36' 20" West <br /> 369.58 feet; thence N 00° 58' 00" West, 200.06 feet; thence S 89° 36' 20" <br /> East, 435.60 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
