This offer is contingent <br /> upon our being able to secure rezoning of a portion of this property within <br /> 90 days. There are several buildings consolidated in an area of about 14 <br /> acres on this farm. We would like to apply for rezoning of this area from <br /> A-1 to A-2 with a conditional use permit for dog kennels. It would be our <br /> intent to remodel the existing buildings for laboratory animal colony houses <br /> and dog kennels. There are not any tillable acres in the area for which we <br /> are asking for the zoning change.
