ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4560 <br /> t <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in <br /> the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4560: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 2; thence South <br /> 00° 35' West along the East line of said Section 2 and the centerline of <br /> highway, 152.0 feet; thence South 89° 42' West along the South line of highway <br /> 134.9 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89° 42' West <br /> along said South line of highway; 252.0 feet; thence South 00° 22' West, 267.4 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 10' East, 336.0 feet to the West line of highway; thence N <br /> 00° 35' East along said West line, parallel to the East line of Section 2, <br /> 189.4 feet; thence N 44° 57' West, 118.9 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be restricted to the following uses: <br /> 1. Contractor businesses <br /> 2. Storage of contractor equipment, materials and supplies. <br /> 3.
