Box 7 <br /> DEERFIELD, WI. 53531 August 1, 1989 <br /> To Whom it May Concern: <br /> The purpose of this letter is to confirm the intentions of the Deerfield Co-op <br /> in regards to the drainage ditch that currently runs along the south side of <br /> London Road adjacent to the Co-op' s chemical handling facility. <br /> The Co-op would like Walter Olson to sell a parcel of property to the home- <br /> owners along London Road. Deerfield Co-op proposes to dig or dredge a ditch <br /> on the southern edge of this property line and route the water from the current <br /> ditch, which passes through the yards of these property owners, to a point <br /> approximately 300 feet from London Road, then easterly to the existing waterway. <br /> The timing on this project worlode�ep state <br /> ASDOT <br /> off , as this waterway <br /> requirements, village and <br /> town needs, as well as an approved plan by the <br /> also drains several farms. <br /> We intend to proceed as soon as possible, but realisticaly do not expect to be <br /> able to do the work during 1989. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Daniel R.
