No additional development is <br /> proposed at this time. <br /> The entire three parcels are proposed for rezoning. <br /> The total size is 200 ' by 382 ' , the area is 76 ,400 sq. <br /> ft. or 1. 75 acres. <br /> This petition for rezoning of the property is <br /> contingent on purchase of the property. If the purchase <br /> is not completed then this petition shall become null <br /> and void. <br />
