Pet. #4586: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Verona, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 35; thence S 88° 46' 30" West, 1307.00 feet along the centerline of Sunset Drive; thence N 01° 31' West, 560.00 feet; thence N 88° 46' 30" East, 16.00 feet; thence N 01° 31' West 1278.96 feet; thence N 88° 49' 40" East, 779.24 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing N 88° 49' 40" East, 442.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of CTH PB, thence S 01° 50' East, 361.39 feet along said Westerly right-of-way line of CTH PB to the Northerly right-of-way of road; thence S 88° 10' West, 442.00 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of said road; thence N 01° 50' West, 366.49 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
