The portions to be re-zoned may be described as the "Southerly i of the SW} of the NEI of Section 5 , T9N, R8E, Town of Dane ( 19 .85 acres ) " ; and the "Easterly i of the SE} of the NE} of Section 5 , T9N, R8E, Town of Dane (19 .76 acres ) . " The remainders of both parcels , i .e. , the "Northerly i of the SW} of the NE} of Section 5 , T9N, R8E, Town of Dane (19 .85 acres ) " ; and the "Westerly i of the SE} of the NE} of Section 5 , T9N, R8E, Town of Dane ( 19 .76 acres ) " shall remain zoned RH-4 . The above re-zonings fall within the provisions of Section 10 .093 "RH-4 Rural Homes District, " of the Dane County Code of Ordinances [July 6 , 1988 ] , para- graph 4 : "Lot Width and Area, i . e. The minimum lot width shall be 150 feet to be measured at the front building line of a residence, also at the location of any accessory building for the housing of live- stock. The minimum lot area shall be not less than 16 acres . " Within the two parcel halves to be re-zoned, I have indicated the approximate sites of two ( 2 ) single- family residences to be constructed, one on each site. It is my intention to construct a single- family residence on the westerly parcel in Spring , 1990 ; and to build a second single-family home on the easterly parcel at a later date. 3 .
