Pet. #4570: Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence North 937.12 feet; thence N 45° 36' 19" West, 41.47 feet; thence N 57° 26' 38" West, 61.87 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence on a curve to the left of radius 300 feet whose long chord bears N 63° 39' 28" West, 64.95 feet; thence N 69° 52' 10" West, 100.00 feet; thence on a curve to the right of radius 880 feet whose long chord bears N 68° 34' 25" West, 284.34 feet; thence N 51° 16' 40 " West, 284.34 140 feet, more or less to the 40 line; thence Westerly 125.feet, more or less; thence S 18° 05' 30" West 340 feet; thence S 68° 20' 20" East 375.60 feet; thence S 75° 00' 20" East 316.88 feet; thence N 19° 33' 50' East 268.93 feet to the point of beginning.
