These must be resolved or the protest may not be considered valid. I <br /> suggest that you come in to our department and review your parcel numbers with <br /> the Property Listing Division to verify the correct numbers. <br /> The protest also must specify the qualifying factor of percent of affected area <br /> or perimeter. A statement in the introductory paragraph of the protest would <br /> suffice. I have enclosed a copy of the pertinent section of the statutes for <br /> your information. Your protest must be filed not later than 24 hours prior to <br /> the date on which the matter is scheduled for County Board consideration, that <br /> date is still pending. The Zoning Committee must first take action and I don't <br /> expect that to happen before November 28, 1989.
