S <br /> Hwy 12 & 18 as it affects this zoning petition. <br /> This is the route that the District One R. O. W. design staff <br /> is preparing. This moves the present roadway South about 300 <br /> feet or more and will fit into our subdivision design scheme <br /> as proposed. This area is in the third phase of our <br /> developement plan and allows ample time coordinate with the <br /> State Highway final design plans . <br /> I wish to clarify a statement in my Oct. 24, 1989 letter . On <br /> paragraph three I state that none of the land is prime <br /> agriculture that is not correct. The classification of about <br /> 75% of the soil types is prime .
