ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4594 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BRISTOL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4594: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Bristol described as <br /> follows: Lot #4, CSM 2037 found in Volume 8, Page 211 of Certified Survey <br /> Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. ALSO: Part of Lot #5, Pebble <br /> Valley described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot <br /> #5; thence S 89° 40' 02" West, along the South line of said Lot #5, 162.53 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 10' 55" West, 297.00 feet; thence N 89° 40' 02" East 162.77 <br /> feet to the East line of said Lot #5; thence S 00° 07' 52" East, along the <br /> East line of said Lot #5; 297.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #5 and <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
