An approved Certified Survey Map shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> 2. A Deed Notice shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds Office. The following <br /> restrictions shall be recorded: <br /> a) All residential density units have been exhausted on the property and further residential <br /> development is prohibited per Town and County Land Use Policies.
