The creation of a 2 acre parcel in the Town of Springfield triggers the <br /> requirement of a certified survey map approval. <br /> 2. The creation of a 2 acre parcel in the Town of Springfield triggers the <br /> requirement of a change in zoning classification. <br /> 3. It is possible to consider a deed restricted zoning that would preclude <br /> • the use of the 2 acre parcel as a residential site. <br /> 4. It is my understanding that the Town of Springfield would consider granting <br /> a zoning change approval if the residential use is precluded. <br /> 5.
