PETITION NO. ,6C) PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies b Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 31 , Town of Springfield Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the CO-1 Conservancy District. Pet. #4603: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 31; thence S 01° 05' 00" East 938.12 feet along the West line of Section 31 to the point of beginning; thence continue S 01° 05' 00" East 395.38 feet along said West line, thence N 88° 40' 00" East 363.00 feet along the centerline of Enchanted Valley Road, thence N 01° 20' 00" West 85.03 feet, thence N 50° 40' 00" West 476.27 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on the land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
