4 . <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4579 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MONTROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4579: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Montrose described as <br /> follows: Part of Lot #3, CSM #5301, commencing at the East quarter corner of <br /> Section 21, thence N 89° 23' 32" West along the East-West quarter line of said <br /> Section 21, 1857.10 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot #3, thence S 20° <br /> 23' 39" West along the Northwesterly line of said Lot #3, 35.07 feet to the <br /> South line of East Cates Road and the point of beginning; thence S 89° 23' 32" <br /> East along the South line of East Cates Road, 312.00 feet; thence S 20° 23' <br /> 39" West, 743.36 feet; thence N 89° 23' 32" West, 312.00 feet to the <br /> Northwesterly line of said Lot #3, thence N 20° 23' 39" East, 743.36 feet to <br /> the South line of East Cates Road and the point of beginning of this <br /> description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
