Zoneing. <br /> The reason for the request for the rezoneing of this 5 acre <br /> parcel of land is, That we wish to build a home there for our oldest <br /> son and his family. The home is to be a single family dwelling and <br /> is to include enough land to enable our grand children to keep <br /> horses and pets. The ownership of this land is to be transfered <br /> into our sons name. <br /> This parcel of land is very sandy, and is very unsuitable for <br /> farming even on the best of years. <br /> Tax parcel number of the larger parcel, 20-21-462.02 <br /> We hope to build this dwelling with in the next two to three <br /> years. <br /> I am Sincerly <br /> DCr1/116j°k <br />
