ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4591 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the M-1 <br /> Industrial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4591/768: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, thence East along <br /> South line said quarter quarter to intersection with centerline of Maunesha <br /> River and said South line being point of beginning. Thence continue East 500 <br /> feet; thence North 220 feet; thence West to centerline Maunesha River; thence <br /> Southwesterly along said centerline river to point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use shall be limited to operation of a salvage yard. <br /> The following condition is imposed on this property pursuant to § <br /> 10.255(3) (a) (b) . <br /> 1. A surface water run-off diversion plan to provide protection for the <br /> Maunesha River shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning for <br /> approval. Said plan, when approved, shall be implemented within 30 <br /> days. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 2.7f 2" /-1-F0 <br />
