Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4605: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: All of Certified Survey Map #300, and part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 23, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Certified Survey Map #300; thence S 00° 10' East 225.00 feet; thence S 85° 05' <br /> East 722.84 feet; thence N 00° 10' East 367.86 feet, thence N 89° 59' West <br /> 100.00 feet, thence S 00° 10' West 136.06 feet along the East line of <br /> Certified Survey Map #300, thence N 85° 03' West 622.45 feet along the South <br /> line of Certified Survey Map #300 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
