1 1 • <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4612/ --/-q-6 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BRISTOL <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Naps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential & C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #461 2/778: <br /> Part of the NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 of Section 22, Town of Bristol described as <br /> follows: TO R-1 : Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 22; thence <br /> North al ong the East 1 i ne of Section 22; 1 322.1 feet; thence West 300 feet <br /> along the South line of the NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4, thence North parallel with the East <br /> line of said Section 420 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> North parallel with the East line of said Section 22, 132 feet; thence East, <br /> parallel with the South line of the NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4, 400 feet to the centerline <br /> of Elder Lane; thence South 21 ° West, along the centerline or Eider Lane, 144 <br /> more or 1 ess feet; thence West paral 1 el with the South 1 i ne of NE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 <br /> of Section 22, 330 more or less feet to the point of beginning. 10 C-2: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 22; thence North, 1322.1 feet <br /> along the East line of Section 22 and centerline of Elder Lane to the point of <br /> beginning. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board or <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said Lana running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use shall be limited to: <br /> 1 . Recreational use by customers of Patches Tavern. <br /> 2. Parking area for: <br /> a. The property owners vehicles. <br /> b. Customers of Patches Tavern. <br /> B.
