DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD
(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of' the corner as
restored or reestablished and the location of' that corner as previously
restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the discrepancy in
the sketch on sheet 1.
CLAYTON SET THIS MONUMENT IN 1981 PER THE OLD NOTES. IN 2007, CARL SANDSNES
DID NOT FIND THIS MONUMENT AND THOUGHT ALL EVIDENCE WAS DESTROYED. HE
CALCULATED THE POSITION BY PR❑P❑RTI❑NATE MEASUREMENTS AND HIS TRUE POSITION
ENDS UP 19.11 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE ACTUAL MONUMENT. SANDSNES SET A MEANDER
CORNER BECAUSE HIS TRUE POSITION FELL IN THE HOUSE. I SHOWED HIS MEANDER
CORNER AND TRUE POSITION AS REFERENCE ON THIS TIE SHEET, BUT HAVE ACCEPTED
AND AGREE WITH THE CLAYTON MONUMENT.
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence
location, or (2) a found perpetuated location?
2.) PERPETUATED
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods?
