ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4638 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DANE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4638: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 6 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 17 Town of Dane <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 17, thence North 654.90 feet; thence West, 50.34 feet to the West line of <br /> Lodi-Springfield Road; thence continuing West, 1278.89 feet; thence North, <br /> 305.00 feet; thence East, 24.75 feet; thence North, 355.00 feet; thence East, <br /> 1450.00 feet to the Northwesterly line of Lodi-Springfield Road; thence <br /> Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of Lodi-Springfield Road; 393.00 <br /> feet; thence South along the West line of Lodi-Springfield Road; 319.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
