ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4630 <br /> . Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes & A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4630: <br /> Part of the NE 1 /4 NE 1 /4 of Section 26, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 26, thence S 00° <br /> 30' 09" West, 198.00 feet; thence continuing S 00° 30' 09" West, 1129.64 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 08' 56" West, 1280.27 feet; thence N00° 46' 32" East, 354. 97 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 00° 46' 32" East, 250.00 feet; S <br /> 89° 28' 00" East, 348. 48 feet; thence S 00° 13' 28" West, 250.00 feet; thence N <br /> 89° 28' 00" West 348.48 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
