A check for the filing fee of $75.00 is attached. <br /> 5. a) The proposed use for the property, once rezoned, is <br /> for construction of a single family dwelling. <br /> b) Time schedule is summer of 1990 or spring of 1991. <br /> c) Acreage of proposed re-zoning is ten ( 10) acres.
