PETITION NO. 1139 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> VIENNA <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 16 , Town of Vienna , Dine County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture. A-2 Agri. District to the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes. A-i Ex_ Aari. District. <br /> Pet. #4639: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 16; thence West, <br /> 1650 feet to the point of beginning. Thence North 660 feet; thence West 340 <br /> feet; thence South 660 feet; thence East 340 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO A-1 EX: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 16; thence West <br /> 1700 feet to the point of beginning. Thence North 660 feet to the North line <br /> of S 1/2 of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East 380 feet to the East line of said <br /> SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence South 660 feet to the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4; thence West 380 feet to the point of beginning. Also, commencing at the <br /> Southeast corner of said Section 16; thence West 1940 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
