ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4641 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) and A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4641: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: TO A-2 (4) : Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 31; <br /> thence East 534 feet; thence South 1460 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue South 243.5 feet; thence S 56° 15' West, 249.84 feet; thence S 54° 27' <br /> 50" East, 35.28 feet; thence S 56° 15' West, 426.92 feet; thence North 640 <br /> feet; thence East, 534 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2(8) : Beginning <br /> at the Northwest corner of said Section 31; thence East 534 feet; thence South <br /> 1460 feet; thence West 534 feet to the center line of Thorson Road; thence <br /> North 150 feet; thence East 233.03 feet; thence North 430 feet; thence West <br /> 233.03 feet; thence North 870 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
