We have an accepted offer to purchase this property <br /> with several contingencies to be met included those stated in <br /> this paragraph and with a closing date of May 30, 1990. <br /> We presently own one semi tractor and two semi trailers and <br /> would like to have the option to purchase another tractor if <br /> so desired. We operate a small trucking company operating <br /> under the name of Reliable Express, Inc. The property in <br /> question is located on Highway V right off of Highway Si in <br /> the Town of Windsor. Both of these highways are truck <br /> routes. <br /> The property has a two story house located on it and also a <br /> building to the rear of the house which is suitable for <br /> parking the tractor. There is as area in back of the <br /> building which is a gravel parking area suitable for parking <br /> our two trailers. <br /> The rezoning and the first conditional use permit are <br /> requested in order to park two trucks over 12,000 pounds on <br /> the property. <br /> The second conditional use permit is requested in order to <br /> live in the home under a dependency living arrangement with <br /> my elderly mother who no longer feels she is able to live <br /> alone.
