PETITION NO. 4-1/7 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> ROXBURY <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies b Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition; the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land In Section 30, Town of Roxbury , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2, 3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4647: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of North Dunlap <br /> Hollow Road and the South line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, thence <br /> Northeast along said centerline approximately 75 feet to a point 66 feet due <br /> North of said South line, said point is the point of beginning, thence Easterly <br /> and parallel to said South line 590 feet thence North 450 feet thence West to <br /> said centerline, thence Southwesterly along said centerline to point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-3: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of North <br /> Dunlap Hollow Road and the South line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, <br /> thence West along said South line to the West line of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence North along said West line 600 feet, thence East 850 feet; thence South <br /> 200 feet; thence East to the centerline of North Dunlap Hollow Road, thence <br /> Southwest along said centerline to point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
