ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4648 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4648: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 24; thence West <br /> along the South line of said SW 1/4, 332 feet; thence N 25° West, 285 feet to <br /> the centerline of STH 78; thence N 51° 30' East, along said centerline, 270 <br /> feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of <br /> 28° 42' 38" and a radius of 1210; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said <br /> curve and said centerline, 606.32 feet to the point of tangency thereof said <br /> arc having a long chord bearing N 37° 08' 41" East, 600.00 feet; thence S 71° <br /> 30' East, 504.94; thence South, 744.5 feet to the South line of said SE 1/4; <br /> thence West along said South line, 600 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIV <br />
