DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8746 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8746 <br /> Part of the NW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 23, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast comer of the NW 114 of the SE 1/4; thence S87°59' West, <br /> 350 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S87°59' West, 66 feet; thence N01°09' <br /> West, 850 feet; thence N87°59' East, 350 feet; thence S01°09' East, 550 feet; thence <br /> S87°59'West,284 feet;thence S01°09'East,300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO: <br /> Part of the SW 114 of the SE 114 of Section 23, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SW 114 SE 1/4;thence N00°55'East, 1340 feet to <br /> the Northwest comer of said 114 114; thence N87°59' East, 285 feet; thence S00°34' East, <br /> 687 feet; thence S05°46' East, 608 feet to the South line of said 114 114; thence S89°04' <br /> West,375 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED NOTICE REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1).A Deed Notice stating that no additional non-farm development remains to parcels 0712-234- <br /> 9000,0712-234-8500&0712-231-9000. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies o f the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> f. \f2)\ ,- <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
