Such a sign shall be erected to a height not to exceed 20 feet where <br /> the speed limit on the adjacent highway is 35 miles per hour or less, ... ." <br /> Section 10.75 of the DCCO states, "(8) For a wall sign, the height shall be measured from the base of the building below <br /> the sign to the top of the sign face.
