• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4634 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4634: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 10 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of <br /> said Section 10; thence West 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> West 440 feet; thence N 08° East, 1325 feet to the North line of said SE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4; thence East along said North line and its extension thereof, 730 feet; <br /> thence South, 230 feet; thence S 35° West, 400 feet; thence S 17° West, 800 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
