ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5289 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Roxbury <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5289: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 35, Town of Roxbury described as follows: _ <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 35; thence South along <br /> the West line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 35, about 1320 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East along the South line of <br /> said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, about 1320 feet to the Southeast corner of said NW 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4; thence North along the East line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4, 400 feet to the <br /> point of beginning, thence continuing North along said East line, 400 feet; <br /> thence West, 250 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence East 250 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: Noy i 1992 <br />
