. <br /> • <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4657 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4657: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 9; thence North, <br /> 1565 feet; thence West, 53 feet to the intersection of the North line of the <br /> DNR Bike Trail and the South line of CTH ID; which point is the point of <br /> beginning; thence Westerly along the North line of said DNR Bike Trail South <br /> 89° 27' West, 709 feet; thence N 01° 33' West, 250 feet to the centerline of <br /> CTH ID; thence S 74° 30' East, 275 feet; thence S 13° 30' West, 50 feet to the <br /> South line of CTH ID; thence S 74° 42' West, 463 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
