Other <br /> various small hand tools will be used <br /> Development of the building will be within 3 months after <br /> verification of the conditional use permit . Heat , electricity, and <br /> insulation will have to be installed before use <br /> Suitability of the barn hinges on its close proximity to the home; <br /> and the square foot area of the building. The structure is sound; <br /> built of post and beam construction.
