Effective October 26, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10990 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Bristol Location: Sections 19, 20 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> R-1 to A-1 <br /> Being part of Lot 2, C.S.M. No. 14074; located in the SE % of the SE 1/4 of Section <br /> 19, Town 9 North, Range 11 East, Town of Bristol, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southeast Corner of Section 19; <br /> thence N00°21'16"W, 638.00 feet along the west line of C.S.M. No. 7764 to the <br /> POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N00°21'16"W, 37.54 feet and along the <br /> west line of C.S.M. No. 7764; thence S89°28'38"W, 95.65 feet to a point on a <br /> curve along the right-of-way of Pebble Valley Court; thence along the arc of said <br /> curve to the right with a central angle of 37°2T04", a radius of 60.00 feet and a <br /> long chord of S12°27'49"W, 38.52 feet along the right-of-way of Pebble Valley <br /> Court to the south line of C.S.M.
